Yes. The APK is built directly from our web source and packaged using a standard Android WebView wrapper. It does not request unnecessary permissions. You may need to enable "Install from Unknown Sources" in Android settings since it's not on Play Store yet.
Yes! After the first launch (which caches all assets), most tools work completely offline. Only features like live exchange rates or newsletter require internet.
